Iyana Rashil is an evolutionary consciousness guide, author, and visionary whose work centers on the expansion of human perception as the foundation of personal and collective evolution.
Her work explores how ways of perceiving affect not only inner experience, but the future of streams available to human consciousness.
Through guidance, writing, and original perception-based narratives, Iyana supports the development of inner core-based vision as a living, creative, and evolutionary force.
Much of her work is devoted to restoring and evolving feminine ways of seeing.
She examines how inherited patterns of thought from previous ages have shaped hearts, minds, and identity, and introduces a more internal, generative, and perceptual feminine intelligence.
This includes the creation of new words, new narratives, and new evolutionary lenses that gently activate authentic DNA awareness and inner knowing.
Iyana often describes her role as a “perception expander.” Her work invites people into direct exploration of how perception forms, how it can be healed or evolved, and how new streams of consciousness can be consciously birthed.
Perception-Based Approaches
Some of the perception-based approaches that have emerged through her work include:
- Birthing and navigating new consciousness streams
- Discovering personal perception stimulus
- Seeing the new hidden within the old
- Word-play practices that shift language into living consciousness
- The Womb Paradigm — an exploration of feminine core wisdom and XX-chromosome consciousness awareness
While her primary focus supports feminine beings in reclaiming and lifting inner feminine intelligence, many of her methods are universal and resonate with all who are drawn to perception evolution.
Education and Early Work
Iyana holds a degree in Human Development. Her work integrates academic grounding, embodied practice, and decades of contemplative inquiry, uniting her evolutionary vision in a deep understanding of human experience and growth.
Earlier in her path, she used theater as a vehicle for consciousness and social transformation, receiving recognition from Kaiser Permanente’s Anti-Violence Conference for her work with both adults and children. This foundation in embodied expression became a gateway into her longer journey of evolutionary exploration.
Consciousness Transmissions and Authorship
In more recent years, Iyana became receptive to what she describes as consciousness transmissions through automatic writing, known as the Master Number Eleven Transmissions. These works explore receiving as a natural human capacity and an aide for developing inner vision and evolutionary insight.
She is the author of Number Eleven Authentic Numerology, available on Amazon.
Additional works in development include:
- The Colors of Enlightenment – A Weave Not a Ladder
- Garments of Inner Power – Dressing Within
- The Triune Portal of the Master Numbers -11, 22, 33
- Creating Your Own Path
Two major consciousness streams nearing completion are Ionic Consciousness and The Divine Feminine Continuation.
Vision and Cultural Contribution
Iyana’s work is guided by her understanding that vision-birthing is essential for both personal and collective futures. She sees humanity moving into what she calls the Age of Awareness and the Age of Authenticity—an era in which consciousness evolution becomes lived, perceptual, and personal.
She shares new writings and perspectives through her blog, The Newer View, and is a contributor to several anthologies, including:
- Inanna’s Ascent: Reclaiming Feminine Power
- Warrior Queen: Answering the Call of the Morrigan
- Kintsugi
A Living Devotion
At the heart of Iyana’s work is a simple yet profound devotion:
To support the rise of new inner visions.
To expand perception beyond its old boundaries.
To nurture birthing the living evolution of consciousness.
Through her writings, teachings, and creative transmissions, Iyana invites individuals to rediscover their innate capacity for seeing, knowing, and participating consciously in humanity’s unfolding future.
